Flight attendants have a new business choice in selecting a company for their cabin safety and training. Alteon Training, LLC, a company Boeing, a program started in November 2003 for flight attendants in their business centers in Long Beach, California. I was invited to participate in the class to get a better idea about the training to obtain their equipment, and Alteon, and even with my knowledge of the aviation community to share via this site.

In an industryseasoned with training facilities in various sizes and capacities, my first thoughts on Alteon just a run-of-the-mill training agency. Alteon is not only my initial concerns are overcome, but they proved to me that all schools should do the same: the operating system with the FAA under Part 142 FAR blessing fact, the program could soon be the Alteon point of reference against which all educational institutions will be assessed. In the late afternoon with our in-flight training portion of the service behind it, we returned to Long Beach for additional classroom training on contracts and business flight attendant preparatory material. Somehow we managed, in what seemed to squeeze two days of training in one day. With the class clock was 06.00 and in-service training was part of the program behind us.

PattieAdams took the class on Tuesday and for the next three days, was asked to lead the class by the applicable FAR; crew member functions and procedures, safety, hazardous materials, and much more. As basic information Pattie was a chief designer of the new program Alteon, based on his experience as a flight attendant on corporate and commercial flight attendant, purser and teachers with United Airlines. Pattie experience in corporate and commercial law has been useful becausedeftly translates the language and some procedural differences between the two arenas, which is not lost in the class were new to the business aviation owned, but only commercial experience.

Pam Hammond, San Diego CPR has been proposed on Friday to overcome in-flight medical aspect of education, in particular the procedures for CPR and defibrillator. Having already completed the formation of the Red Cross, I was curious to know what the Red Cross teaches the difference between training and procedures of the American Heart Association, Pam us had in us, the program of the Red Cross has learned, while very good,oriented to the laity, and an American Heart Association program was what the medical community to use.
